Kirby Vacuum

"Door to door salesman, I should of said I wasn't interested and left it at that. Don't get me wrong, love these vacuums but the overbearing salesman is ridiculous. I know you're doing your job but when you're at my house for 3 hrs despite my constant voicing I was not in a position to buy. They didn't leave my home until 11pm! The rep was showing me what all this latest model could do, pretty much everything you'd need to clean carpet, shower, furniture, etc. The rep and his manager were both great men but the trial size of Tide was not worth my time."

"Dropped off our vacuum and didn’t get it for over 6 weeks because of their bizarre business hours. When we got our vacuum back, it was broken, making and weird noise and not functioning properly. DO NOT COME HERE. I bet they’re gonna have us bring it back to “repair it” but we ain’t doing that. Can’t get ahold of anybody from there. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed."

"Representative came to my home gave me a $25 gift card and tried to sell me a Kirby .... Already purchased one years ago, it broke down on the 3rd use and Kirby would not cover the warranty in any way. I am left with a vacuum that does not work and a bill for over $1000.00. Which has been sent to my credit report as I refuse to pay for something that does not work Even the gift card is Bogus as the company BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and their REPRESENTATIVES"
