"MISDIGNOSTIC FEE PAID.DISHWASHER WORKS FINE.I RESET IT MYSELF. NOT HAPPY."

"Lamdlord paid $60 for poor diagnostics. Charged an additional $225 to install a $12 amazon part. All to discover that it didn’t fix the refrigerator. Waited over 4 hours for technician to arrive the second time. He then stated it was another part that was bad. Landlord made them return all the money. He then pulled the $12 part and left. Don’t waste your time or money. These folks are incompetent. Gave them one star not because it was earned- but I had no other choice to post my review."

"Our refrigerator was getting warmer but our freezer was still cold. We called in the morning and a repairman was at the house in the afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and safe (wore a mask while on property). He had to leave to get a part from storage and came back within an hour. Fantastic response time as other companies couldn’t come out until 2 or 3 days later. Thank you!!!"

"I called and scheduled a repair from 2-5, and they were a no show. We called back at 530 and were told they forgot about us, and no one could come. Will not be using them again. Very poor customer service!"
