Mobile Battery Rescue

"I called AAA to get my battery jumped. I was asked to wait 57min until this company could get there, no problem. 57 minutes ticked by and no driver. I called AAA and they said the driver hadn't left yet and would call when he left, to expect a call shortly. Two hours later I called my mechanic, understanding the situation. They came out to help me, thank goodness. This company was no show, no call."

"5:00 PM- It'll be an hour. 6:15 PM- It's 5 minutes away! 6:45 PM- He's 30 minutes out. 7:15 PM- No, he's really on the way. 7:45 PM- I give up. This was all through AAA. His phone # is disconnected. This is a joke. I don't know what his games is, but this is ridiculous."

"They have me waiting over 90 minutes (which I'm still waiting for as I'm writing this review) This is an absolute terrible company that AAA subcontracts. Can't show up on time and clearly don't care about calling or texting me regarding an update. Worse towing company I've dealt with another one that's just as bad is ASAP towing... Absolutely terrible service"

Everett arrived way before anticipated and provided fast and friendly service to get me back on the road as well as suggestions on where to get my battery replacement at. "Some of the WORST service I’ve ever seen. Called them for roadside assistance through AAA. They not only went to the WRONG location but also never called, text, asked where we were! We tried contacting through AAA because the app does not offer their contact information and calling their phone directly went straight to voicemail. In the end they left us STRANDED without a single phone call! Horrible service and good luck to anyone that works with Mobile Battery Rescue."
