"I used 4 Seasons (directly, not through Costco) for a new AC Unit back in August. They came recommended and I decided to move forward with them for this reason, however, i regret it. Outside of the sales guy Dan, service is terrible and the responsiveness is slow to nonexistent. - Purchased brand new unit back in August, within 1 week of it being installed it broke. Apparently due to 1 bad part. I wanted the whole thing replaced, because i didnt trust it, but they would only replace the 1 part. - Still havent been contacted about my inspection-- called AGAIN last week and was told there have been changes to their team and some things were missed. My permit that was pulled expired, so they are pulling it again. Never got the email they claim to be sending- left a VM about it and of course, no response or call back yet. It has been since August- no excuses. - No sense or urgency or customer service from the team/office. Extremely disappointed- I wish i spent a bit more and went with another company."
"Rating is an average of different experiences. They were recommended to us, so giving them credit for that happy customer. For us, the first time they came out was to fix our AC and they were good - prompt and reasonably honest. A few weeks later we discovered our heat now not working. They came for an initial service call, but it's been pulling teeth to get them to send us a written quote or talk to someone. The way we are now being ignored, it feels like they might have inadvertently caused the issue with our heat when they fixed the AC."
"The installation by 4 Seasons went above and beyond my expectations. The installers were dedicated professionals that corrected hidden defects from the previous install. The defects were garage air mixing with the house cold air return and the condensation water line flat spot that would at times cause leaking into the garage. These defects were hidden in the box structure. 4 Seasons could have left it the way it was but they didn't. They fixed it. I don't mean they just patched it up, they completely rebuilt the box. I am sure 4 Seasons was not expecting this, but without hesitation they ordered additional material and went about performing the remediation. Thank You 4 Seasons."
"We strongly advise against using 4 Seasons Air Conditioning and Heating. We discovered them through our Costco Membership and engaged them for the installation of three new AC systems. The initial project, for our personal residence, involved two AC systems with a UV light filtration system to benefit our special needs child's health. Regrettably, the first project has been marred by persistent issues, including a unit with a leak and an incomplete UV light system installation. Despite our attempts to contact the their personal Costco installation representative, we are either met with voicemail or assurances that someone will respond, but this has persisted for two months. The company's unresponsiveness has left us profoundly frustrated and bewildered. Moreover, our second project, at our rental unit, was plagued by problems. Just a week after installation, we encountered a minor flood caused by a technician's oversight in not removing the filter air vent panel. The manager's response appeared frustrated and surprised by the error. Even after repairs, the system continued to malfunction, and the company recommended a new electrical breaker. However, they have not followed up on their own request, and their representative continues to ignore our inquiries. #Costco"
