"Worst experience living here so far. The elevator not only has been broken for the past year, all of them but, the shaft makes this humming noice all day and night impossible to sleep at night because of it. On top of that the are trying to increase the rent. Stay away for this place!"

"I visited a friend on New Year’s eve, beautiful view from the 15th floor. Look everything cleaned and found a very easy access from the garage to the building. I didn’t give it five stars because the elevator was a little warm and also one of them wasn’t working."

"I have been leaving in Oasis for over 8 years. Ever since the management change, this building has gone downhill. Management is rude and doesn’t do anything to help the tenants, they are never available for a call and they are never in the office. All shipping packages get lost because there are no cameras or concierge. After hurricane Ian, the whole building has gotten worst and worst. They never pick up the trash, there is trash everywhere you walk and they haven’t done anything to fix the walk side by the pier townhouses areas. Do yourself a favor and do not lease in this property! For the amount of money all the tenants pay this building should be clean and have better property management."

"Went to visit my aunt she has a beautiful apt. The staff was all friendly the building clean. My only complaint was the Elevators are too Hot, if they broke down you would die in there.ugh."
