"I wouldn't recommend this place for any phone screen replacement for Samsung phones. I first came in and tried to get a replacement screen and was given a defective aftermarket screen and had to come back in to have them put my old screen back on. Then they ordered an OEM replacement and the following week they put it on and it was another aftermarket screen. The 3rd time I came in they put an actual OEM screen on but the S PEN did not function. I decided to take it to ubreakifix by asurion (certified and licensed samsung and apple repair) and they diagnosed the issue. They forgot to move over a part from my previous device that allowed the S PEN to work. After further inspection I learned they do not use a heat source to adhere the screen on, which will not protect your phone from water damage without being heat sealed. I wish I could give a better rating since the in-store associate was very nice, but the upper management communication and overall knowledge was just not there. For $400 I expect much better."

"Terrible service, my daughter was brought here to fix her phone using her Christmas gift money. The man asked her what iPhone she had, he then charged her credit card $140 for repair. He took her phone apart and then said "oh I don't have the parts, come back tuesday" we all know our kids can't live without their phones. She then asked for a refund so she could take it to a different shop after making a few phone calls to varies people complaining she wanted a refund he told her fine, that her money would be returned in 24-48 hours. Now 5 days later and still no money back, they don't answer their phones. At all. Well needless to say come tomorrow they are gonna meet mom and dad!"
