"Very impressive company. I was completely surprised by the company, and most importantly the ownership, and the gentleman who came out to service our broken air conditioner. We were having trouble keeping the house cool enough which was concerning since we have a 74-year-old mother-in-law, living with us here at our house. We called a World’s Greatest H & A at 8 o’clock at night we left a message. Thinking we’d hear back from the next morning, much to my surprise the owners of the business called us back within a few minutes after leaving our void message and asked us if we were having any problems with our unit. We told them we had a broken AC unit and it wasn’t cooling down our house and that we were concerned about my mother-in-law in the house getting too over heated at her age. They said that they could come out that night, but it might be as late as 10 o’clock before they can get out. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing over the phone that they would be willing to come out at 10 o’clock at night on a Sunday to fix our AC unit. I told the owner that that would be awesome if they could make it happen. The repair man arrived at 10 o’clock just like they promised, the gentleman who came was very professional. He actually worked on our unit both on the inside and outside of the house and had it fixed by 11 or 1130 at night and it’s been working great ever since. I’d have to say this is the world’s greatest heating and AC company. Now, I know why they gave themselves that name. Thanks guys!!"
