"I'm changing my review to bad bought an travel trailer last mon. Took it on Tuesday set it up middle of night bed fell into the storage . Called next morning they said bring it in hooked trailer up took back they put a band aid under bed took trailer back reset it up. We were eating at the dinette and the seat caved in. Called the next day they said bring it back . I ask for a field mechanic they don't have one .when to talk to them to take trailer back they said I would still have to pay all taxes title and fees 4000 dollars . They put a dent in my tail gate on my truck the won't fix they were no help at all they stay away they are toxic."

"No issues buying new RV and delivery. I would rate it as a 4 maybe a five at that point but after using the RV we found some smaller issues and took it back for warranty. It took 5 months for them to address them and to get RV back. Reason for delay was due to covid from their response. The time frame was Oct 2022 through Feb 2023. Hard to believe covid would delay repairs to this extense at this time frame. They did cover the repairs as they should. Drove there to pick up after work was completed and they had lost the keys. Had to drive back the following week after they had new keys made. While picking up my RV a retired lady was having issues connecting to her RV after being serviced there. Because batteries were dead and it caused Jack's to not work. I helped her for about 20 minutes getting her vehicle hooked up and not one time did an employee offer to help this lady. What a shame a lady in her 60s having issues could not get an offer of help from the employees there. NOTE: there were employees walking around the lot showing RVs so there is no excuse of saying they didnt know. I'll find another place to spend my money. RV sales locations are a dime a dozen in Florida. I suggested the same thing to the lady I was helping and she agreed also. What bothered me the most was the older lady was never offered any help. I guess service end after you pay your bill. WHAT A SHAME AND I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED IF THAT WAS MY BUSINESS."
