He was on point with the questions pertaining to the HVAC and went immediately to work on it. His work was thorough, he found the many problems with the unit and gave recommendations to fix the issues, asked for our approval and went ahead to work on them. He never seemed rushed, showed respect and was patient with explaining everything to us. We felt comfortable at all times during his visit."
