"Negotiated time (assuming with owner) and he came by as he said he would hence the 3 stars. However, from what my wife said, he literally walked in and didn't even stop. He saw the fridge and said, "I don't work on those refrigerators because they're four door". I have a French style Whirlpool refrigerator with the standard two doors on top and two bottom drawers (freezer). He basically said that our refrigerator was too complicated and that we needed to hire a Whirlpool technician because there are three separate computers in our unit. It would have been nice to know that he wouldn't work on our fridge to begin with by requesting a model number or something. He never asked me so I didn't think it was an issue. It would have saved me/us time as I had been researching for a technician to come out as soon as possible."

He called on time and the technician arrived on time between 2 and 5. Didnt take long for the issue to be resolved and it was a 59 dollar service fee. "I called Monday at almost 5 PM and got them to come check out my washing machine the next day. They gave me a pretty wide appointment window, so you might need to be home all day, but they did arrive well within the time window. Quickly diagnosed my issue and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to repair. Unfortunately, it would make more sense for us to get a new one because it had a lot of issues. Called a few other places before scheduling and their charge to come diagnose the problem was lower than most of the other companies nearby. I would definitely use them again if my appliances need any servicing."
