"The process for setting up the replacement of the battery on my phone was very long, taking twenty minutes. I truly thought that was a lot longer than it should have taken. When I picked up my phone after the battery was replaced, that also took more time than it should have. When I brought my phone in everything worked perfectly on it, but now the phone volume buttons will not function. Now I am going to have to spend more time to have them fix that. Over all, very disappointed with the service. The new battery is great, that was the only positive part of this experience."
