"Called to get a part number for the part this company wanted to replace with the manufacture on the call for my refrigerator. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude and felt bothered that I was price shopping their part and hung up on us. Come to find out, the part was extremely less expensive from the manufacturer than Ace was trying to charge me in addition to the $300+ in labor for a 15 minute job. Stay away!!!!"

"Needed 2 replacement knobs for our GE stove and someone suggested Ace. We did a search of reviews and with most being positive headed off. We found a nice clean store off Beach in a larger strip mall. Plenty of parking and easy to read signage found us inside and greeted by 2 lovely positive employees. Showed them what I needed and within a few seconds found the perfect product, price and delivery within a few days. Had additional questions about an HVAC unit and both ladies gave me good answers plus they contacted a service tech via phone who give us additional information...that's what we call service. This is now my go to place for parts and appliance service."
