"If i could give 0 stars i would. I got my phone fixed here probably 5 maybe 6 months ago now, paid over 100 dollars for the back glass of my iphone to be replaced. When i received my phone Face ID no longer worked and it sounded like something was loose in my phone, when my phone would vibrate it sounded 20x louder and shook my phone. I had no choice but to turn my vibrate option off. I dropped my phone lightly and the front screen popped out which was shocking because it was lightly dropped and i’ll admit i drop my phone pretty hard occasionally. My phone would also turn itself off and back on frequently no matter what i was doing on my phone, which was a huge inconvenience. Today it turned off and would not come back on, i thought i had to buy a whole new phone, a new phone was too expensive so i took it to Ubreakifix hoping they could do something. Well they fixed it. i fix and restore didn’t properly adhere my battery back together causing it to disconnect and turn off and back on and eventually turn off permanently. They disconnected my face ID and didn’t reconnect it. They permanently damaged whatever made my phone vibrate so now my phone is without vibrate. I’ll admit i dropped my phone kinda hard and the back glass shattered, but the drop was no where near hard enough to break the back glass again, and i had a shockproof case on. NOTED: this was after all of the issues listed above started happening, and it was my breaking point so i called the store and told them all the issues i was having and they told me they couldn’t honor their warranty because i cracked the back glass again. So i continued to use my phone with all these issues until i couldn’t anymore. And they put on an aftermarket back glass so they don’t even have the correct parts to be repairing phones. And the funny thing is i think they did all that because i didn’t leave a good review from my first visit. It was the same man that helped me both times and his customer service was different the second time around. It’s leaves me to believe it was done intentionally. I will never recommend this place..horrible customer service and horrible repair job. Another funny thing is Ubreakifix didn’t have to replace my back glass they just had to fix all of i fix and repairs mistakes. Now my phone is turning its self off and back on, my face ID works and it doesn’t sounds like anything’s loose in my phone."

It took them less than 2 hours to fix .I was considering replacing my iPad but iFix helped me save a ton of money and aggravation. The sales person (I believe his name was Shawn) was knowledgeable and personable and helped me a lot. I was also able to recycle my old phones with them which was great too. I will definitely be back . Gained a new customer"
