"Max came out to take care of a clog in the Master Bath that was affecting the sink, toilet & shower. It was a dirty job but he continued to pursue until he found the cause. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I had been using the same Company for 10+ years and decided I wanted a company closer to my houses (tenants don’t like to wait and understandably). So, I used a couple of other companies before trying this one and I can’t say enough nice things about them; from the receptionist to the employees! And with all good companies it usually starts at the top. A few months ago I contacted them and asked to speak to someone knowledgeable about a kitchen sink issue I was trying to order a part for. She transferred me to Drake, the owner who did some research and set me up for an appointment the next day. I called him back to tell him it was dripping worse and I was concerned about my pump burning up if I waited till the next day. Within 30 mins he was on my door step with an employee and got to the bottom of the problem. Great company! Keep up the good work."
