"I would put 0 stars if possible. This company are absolutely awful. Rafael sent 4 technicians to my apartment over the course of 6 days. They replaced my compression valve with another faulty compression valve the first time they came. They turned up 1 hour late to both appointments they scheduled with me - with the technician walking through my door as if unaware that he was late. They then found an additional part, which took them 2 days, once finally replacing the additional part they told me that they were wrong and the compression valve was never the issue in the first place. Not knowledgeable in their field and a severe lack of punctuality."

"Great Service! They were able to come out same evening and assess the problem. I installed my unit in the past 3 years with another company. When the technician told me my motor was the issue, he already had my warranty information and took care of getting it from the manufacturer and fixed within 24 hours. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family!"

Great job! update 09/03/21 Our AC has been down again.. only Air came out! Texted the company, the team showed up as the appointment, Found evaporator coil with multiple Freon leaks . Good news is this evaporator coil is under warranty. I only paid for labor and Freon. They got the new part exchanged with Manufacturer very fast and professional. Thanks again for the rescue!"
