"This company is a 3rd party company hired by Sears home services with whom I have a warranty. The technician from Gator shows up at my home, immediately states that because a prior technician bypassed my lid switch he is just going to take pictures, send it to Sears and they will “let me know what they want to do. I had to hire another company who came promptly and within 10 minutes diagnosed a burnt out timer which had nothing to do with the lid switch. We haven’t used the lid switch since 2019 and the washer was fine till the timer went yet the guy from Gator repair didn’t care. Very unprofessional company that seemed to only want Sears Home Service to find an excuse not to honor their warranty. Avoid this company at all costs"
"I have a washer dryer combo that is burning my cloths and leaking a little water thru the side. The tech came out and said that he would order parts. Apparently he had no clue how to work on a washer dryer combo. A month later yes a month they reported to sears warranty that nothing was wrong. I called sears and they are sending a specialist. I would never use this company. I see why they have a 2 star rating. The tech and customer service is horrible."
"I used them in March 2022 to unclog my refrigerator’s drain. I paid $289. The technician assured me this won’t happen again in near future. Of course 3 months later it happens again. I called the company and talked to a very rude representative that told me the “service guarantee period” is only 30 days and that I’ll have to pay everything again. I asked her where on the invoice or their email this “30 days period” is specified but she answered that they provide this only on the phone (how convenient..). She of course refused to provide me with a free repair and demanded I’ll pay everything again. She also refused to give me the name of the manager because I don’t “use their service” when I told her that I did use the service and want to talk to a manager about that service she said the “service ticket is already closed” and I’ll have to open a “new one” (???!!!!!). Horrible service very unprofessional very rude. They have “30 days guarantee period״ that appears no where in their invoice/mail and they refuse to fix the problem their technician should have fixed long time ago. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!"
"I am not one to ever write a review. So, for me to do this means A LOT! Please DO NOT waste your time with Gator Repair. GO ELSE WHERE!!! They are extremely unprofessional and not reliable. I am going on two weeks with a broken refrigerator. Meaning I have gone out to buy breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my family for two weeks. Would like to know if Gator Repair will be compensating me for the inconvenience on money being spent? My first appointment scheduled with them was a no show (missed work which equals money). They didn’t even have the consideration to call me and let me know. I had to reach out to them. When I reached out to them, they told me they would call me to confirm my next appointment for the following week. I again had to reach out to them to confirm and of course, appointment was just canceled. Now I am going on three weeks with a broken refrigerator. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and UNBELIEVABLE! Worst service EVER!"
"*BEWARE* This company is unethical, unprofessional. They charged me $1,200 to repair my Jenn-air refrigerator and they did not do it. The are not even Jenn-air authorized repair service and they took my money and didn’t deliver."
