"Horrible experience. Installed all plumbing in the home. Faucets loose (one I could lift completely out). Hot/ Cold reversed, drain installed incorrectly and missing parts, kitchen disposal not completed, dishwasher installed incorrectly, caulking horrible, faucet handles in all baths are installed incorrectly. Plumbing in the way of bath drawer so we couldn’t close the vanity drawer all the way. Paid a professional inspector to document and verify all. *In response to the company response below I called both the contractor (it’s under his name) and the owner David about this months ago. He told me he couldn’t do anything as I had to go through the contractor who is another joke. I said but your company did the work and you got paid with my money through the contractor. I’m left with the mess and have to pay another plumber to fix your work including possibly having to open a wall in the hallway."

"The installation was done at a rental unit. My tenant said that the tech was very professional. Although it wasn't an emergency, the tech was able to do the installation a few hours after I called. The cost was $348 including the garbage disposal unit which I thought was a fair price. I would definitely call BC Plumbing in the future."
