"We rented the largest unit available - 3 bed and 3 bath on the ground floor. It’s a unit we have been in a number of times through the years - however the unit seems to have changed hands since our last stay. Not very clean or well maintained. I spent time dusting cobwebs, tightening loose handles on the glass shower door, and adding extension cords to lamps so they can be plugged in to function. Door handles and hinges squeal ( waking others), stove light was burned out, there were patched holes in drywall but not painted, dirty air vent covers everywhere, a vacuum that spewed more sand than it sucked, a 3 ft broom only a midget could use, and a massive crater in the crumbling parking lot. The Area rugs under the bed were a tripping hazard. Won’t be back - facility didn’t feel clean or maintained. Left the office a detailed list in hopes the next guest will have a clean unit worthy of the rate."

"A very unexpected and quite fantastic vacation down there in Panama City, FL. Made a massive contract from my life in NYC. The thing I loved apart from the sun sand and beaches was the amount of walks and places you could find on foot. I have to say that given my concerns over pollution I was extremely happy to find this place clean and just wonderful."

"We received a email a week before coming down here that building A would be under construction. So we thought it will be ok we are in building B won’t bother us to much. Wrong! All of the condos are under construction, Jack hammers, pool closed, a maze just to walk to the beach. A lady’s back window has been knocked out with material flying off the condo. Spoke to front desk they said we are welcome to leave anytime. It’s a shame spending so much money for a relaxing vacation and all you hear are Jack hammers. Will not be coming back ! The condos are very outdated"

"A year later and we're back here again to give it another chance. This time with a much pleasanter experience. The room was nicely cleaned and the issue with the cable box we experienced last year was taken care of. Room 704 was a delight to stay in and I'd very much recommend this 3 bed 2 bath room with 2 walk in closets to anyone with a group of 4-6. It's definitely one of the higher end rooms I've seen. A little disappointed with the carpets they've added but wasn't necessarily a deal breaker. We'll most likely return next year!"

"Perfect condo for our PCB vacation! Located at the quieter end of the beach next to St. Andrews State Park, this three building condo complex is very clean and well-maintained with friendly office and security staff. The pool and beach are clean and never too crowded. Parking is free and easy. Although there are restaurants and stores close by, twenty minutes by car will get you to all the central attractions like Pier Park shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Simply beautiful!"
