"We have used Griffith’s AC for over 20 years. They were wonderful. Our technician, Chris, was great! I’m hoping the experience leading up to his arrival is just the new company working out the kinks. My husband called first thing in the morning due to our AC not functioning properly. He received a text that they would be letting us know a timeframe for the day. At noon I called and was told the timeframe was 11-1. At 2:40p I called and was told my technician was almost finished and I was his next stop. At 3:40p Chris arrived and said he just got a call for our home and since he was right down the street he came over. It was the first contact he had. I’m not sure where the breakdown occurred between 8am and 3:30pm. Chris handled everything like a pro but I hope that the service from the call center doesn’t tarnish the good name the Griffiths spent years to build."

"Our HVAC would not turn on. The technician checked the thermostat, then checked the breaker, then checked a connection outside, and then checked a connection box inside the garage and found the wires had melted inside the connection box. The technician cut the wires, connected them and then capped them. He did a good job and found the problem. It took him about 20 minutes. What I was not happy with was the price that I was charged. I think $385.00 was too excessive. Live and learn. Time to try another A/C Company. There are many in my area."

In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company that you can’t find fault with, but this is one of them. You can feel comfortable using them, you’re not gonna get ripped off or anyone around.
