"I have been a customer of Superior Sight and Sound for almost 10 years now. Whenever we have installations or upgrades to perform to our home, they are our "go to" folks. Justin has always been very responsive to our needs and is always available to answer any questions. I personally keep his number on speed dial! He will take the time to explain, in detail, what is needed to make your experience with their company a good one. The administrative support personnel, specifically Kathy, is a jewel. She is warm and friendly and is willing to help you in anyway she can. The technicians spent almost a whole day in our home mounting new televisions in several different rooms, while upgrading our present sound system along with our climate control. And while they did a wonderful job, the care we received after the job is what really spoke volumes about Superior Sight and Sound, Inc. I waited a couple of weeks to make sure that all of the electronics worked to our liking. When I called the office with some notes (of which most were "operator errors :0) Kathy assured me that the technician would take care of everything. And of course, Victor who was familiar with our home having installed the initial system, came in and assuaged all of my anxieties. He was patient and made sure we understood how to operate all of the remotes and other equipment ensuring we had a specific level of comfort so we could truly enjoy our new system. Kudos to Superior Sight and Sound, Inc.! I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your home to a "Smart Home" they are the folks you want to take care of you. You can't go wrong with this company."

They re-wired my indoor/outdoor speakers, set up a new tv and new receiver, and added a master remote from everything. This is the third time we have called Superior and my headline is: These guys live up to their name. In fact, they might be named "Consistently Superior and Friendly Sight and Sound," though that is a bit long. They show up on time and make pleasant guests--fun to have around. Once they finish their work and depart, they leave no trace of having been in our home, excepting the excellent work they leave behind. Not only did SS&S thoroughly modernize us, they installed the most user friendly sound system and media center, while providing me with a universal remote taylor made to my needs, as I am electronically challenged. For a small fee, they were ale to put speakers in almost every room, as I love music. We also had them purchase and install our computer, as well as help me download music only iPhone. They are that accommodating. We purchased a contract for a nominal price and we have more than taken advantage of it for even the most minor issue.
