"I normally don't write bad reviews. However, I felt compelled to share this. I had an appointment today to replace my wife's s23 ultra screen. On the appointment, it stated that the replacement screen would be $350. We get to the appointment and the rap says it's $410 but because the black glass is broken as well it needs to be replaced so the new quote is $470. Now had the quote for the original $350 been accurate I wouldve been happy to replace everything plus the upcharge for the back glass. But the rep left us feeling like he was just looking for any way to up charge the situation. We called Dr FixIt in Golden Gate and they said bring it in and the total with the back glass included was $349. Thankfully we didn't allow this place to hustle us for $120. I will never recommend this establishment. Horrible experience."

"Needed help with my Xbox Series X and popped in to compare pricing versus that of Microsoft. Not only was it 50% cheaper to have these guys fix it, but they were faster about it than if I’d shipped it out. Staff was also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of my question asking. If you’ve got a device that needs repairing, I’d urge you to check out this location. The two guys working in there are great."
