Most people said wait three weeks and they could come out. He had it three days later. Drove all the way to Miami to get it for me. And installed it on a Saturday morning. On the installation day, they showed up on time, worked almost the entire day on the installation and finished up late afternoon including thoroughly cleaning the work areas. Following installation they took time to instruct me how to use the system as a whole, the new air filtration system I had them install and how to fill out and submit the warranty information to the manufacturer.
