"please hire ppl that actually WANT to work. i forgot the dude name but there was a big guy with long hair that works here & he pissed me off. first off, why would you call me up to your desk just for you to walk off and i’m standing there looking stupid waiting to see who called me & i see his fat self just talking with the best buy worker. the lady there had to tell me where to go. it took him not even 2 minutes to tell me he couldn’t do anything for me. waste of time & space. do a better job"

"Very frustrating experience. We reviewed the connectivity issue with the tech. It was taken back and returned 3 days later saying it a HP motherboard issue and Geek Squad does not repair HP motherboards. We called HP and went thru the issue with them and it turned out to be a simple driver issue which they were able to fix on line. You would have thought Geek Squad would have assessed the drivers before labeling it a major hardware issue. Lost the computer for 3 days for what was ultimately a 1 hour fix."

"They did a good job. The guy was friendly and informative. They need to carry some of the item for the installation like the hardware kit. Would make our life more easier"

"I bought a tv two weeks ago. Scheduled the delivery for yesterday from 8-8. I called at 12 to see if there was more of an exact time. Was told no but they were coming. 8:30 at night I called and said nobody showed up. They apologize and ask if they can deliver tomorrow. I told them they can if it’s ok nobody was there. They confirmed, I made no other arrangements for them. The driver then calls and says they are there. I opened the garage remotely. He said they cannot go in without someone home. I talked to a supervisor and was told mixed messages from him too. Beware of this company, horrible service and pure incompetence in their entire staff."

"Call to check on my computer that needed a 5 minute installation and got transferred to someone in India!! How is that service? I needed someone to peek their head inside the room behind that tiny desk and ask what the hold up is. Now I have to drive to the store just to talk to a person that speaks fluent English. So far, i am not excited about this 200 dollar plan I had to buy just so they can do the 40 dollar installation of RAM."
