"Worst place to take your phone . First , lied to me about when my phone was going to be done , second told me to come in at a certain time and when I went in it was closed , third they open when they want to open time schedule does not matter to them and never gave me a receipt ."
"My iphone screen was replaced by this company got Receipt saying clearly that it had 6 months warranted. It’s been 3 months since. Came to this location and the rude guy gave all kind of excuses not to do the work: first he says, there is not warranted the minute. So walked out, I asked him to please show me that on the receipt provided bu the company (that I had) then 2nd excuse, have to go to the location you got this. He fought me to the end so I just had it and walked away to avoid more issues. Do not do business with this guy or company"
"Brought my phone that had a shattered screen to get replaced. Every function still worked on the phone, even with a shattered screen. My Face ID was still working and so was my Apple Pay when going to stores and gas stations. So they take my phone to fix the shattered screen and it was fixed rather quickly and everything looked good until I tried to pay. I even told the man if he takes Apple Pay because that’s how I pay. He rings me up and I wasn’t able to pay them using my apple pay. I asked them “how was my phone working before and now after bringing it to you, the sensor for me to pay isn’t working?” They told me they couldn't have done anything to the sensor, since it was just the screen to fix. I feel like I got SCAMMED, they messed up my sensor and never took accountability for it. They said it’s probably because I dropped it. Well, it worked when it was shattered and now with a new screen, it doesn’t work. Make it make sense!!!"
"I came to this store from out of town as i shattered my phone and was desperate for it to he fixed, i paid $214 for an iphone 11 max screen repair, it then said it was not compatible and the guy said that was normal, well 3 days later my screen completely stopped working and went to the tmbolie store and said that guy not only did not install the screen correctly, but broke my phone internally so i had to spend another $500 at tmobile for a new phone. this store is a SCAM."
