"Very professional and friendly. Sam, who installed the unit mostly by himself, came early and stayed past the normal working hrs to finish the job! He was very thoughtful and respectful during the installation. Very pleased with the service."

The office staff went out of their way to contact the manufacturer to make sure my builder registered my unit during the home build. Being registered gave me a 10 year parts warranty instead of 5 years."
"Optimum Air was so great to work with!! We arrived late afternoon for the season to find our condo had no a/c. I made a call to Optimum around 8:00 pm to leave a message in hopes of getting a tech the next day. LaVonne called me back within 5 minutes!! I turned down emergency service saying we would be fine for a night. The next morning Sammy showed up to find our underground line set had been damaged. They offered a portable a/c to get us through until they could replace the line set. Sammy, Andy & Austin showed up a day later and had our unit repaired in about 5 hrs. Great guys. Explained everything as they were going and very professional and polite. Clean up was completed and we were more than happy to have a/c again!! I will definitely use these guys in the future and highly recommend Optimum Air. Our unplanned maintenance could not have gone better. Thank you all very much Rich"

They left their working space cleaner than when they arrived. They really did a great job in keeping updated with their progress throughout the day.
