"Optimum Air was so great to work with!! We arrived late afternoon for the season to find our condo had no a/c. I made a call to Optimum around 8:00 pm to leave a message in hopes of getting a tech the next day. LaVonne called me back within 5 minutes!! I turned down emergency service saying we would be fine for a night. The next morning Sammy showed up to find our underground line set had been damaged. They offered a portable a/c to get us through until they could replace the line set. Sammy, Andy & Austin showed up a day later and had our unit repaired in about 5 hrs. Great guys. Explained everything as they were going and very professional and polite. Clean up was completed and we were more than happy to have a/c again!!
