"I called about my phone on Sunday and nice guy invited me in but unfortunately I cannot make it on Sunday , they told me to come in on Monday , they open at 8 am I came in and guy told me what he is by himself and I had to leave my phone with him and picked up later?! I am sorry ! It’s not a pair of shoes to leave for repair not even a jewelry-now days iPhone it’s everything! It’s your wallet it’s your directions to get places and it’s your contacts! No! Of course I cannot leave my phone with a stranger! I even ask him just to pop my screen very quickly and I can do the rest myself and he just repeat -leave your phone with me :( Not a very trusting advice Sorry “Battery plus “ that’s not a way to do a business"

"Brought my phone here for repair, they tried charging me triple the price quoted. $150 more than even apple would’ve repaired my phone for. They damaged my phone beyond repair and proceeded to aggressively deny fault. I call corporate and they tell me there’s nothing I can do except file suit. One of my worst experiences in Florida. I wouldn’t give 1 star but had to, a complete joke of a business"

"My I-Phone 7 Plus simply refused to constantly charge. I was convinced the issue was the charging port on my phone. As soon as I turned my phone over the gentleman behind the counter he said "I can fix it". "Great" I said, still expecting to pay $100. The tech brought out a pair of tiny pliers, extracted two pieces of lint, and said "that will take care of it, no charge". I thanked him, tipped him, and walked out the door in less than 3 minutes. You earned my business forever."

"Made appointment online to replace IPhone 6 battery and cracked screen. Got a $10 off total invoice coupon and also got 50% off battery replacement since I selected two services. Went to my appt and Adam did everything in less than 30 mins—works great! The other company I called told me it would be 2-3 hrs to do the same thing!! So glad I went to We Fix it Phone repair at Batteries Plus on Pine Island Rd!!"
