"I’d give zero stars if I could. 2 days in a row they offered an appointment time window, we set an appointment, and they didn’t show up. Furthermore, they didn’t even bother to call in the time window offered. Do yourself a favor and call someone else."

"I tried to utilize Best Home Services for plumbing. I scheduled on-line several days in advance and selected a time (between 12 - 2). needless to say, at 4:00 on the day of my appointment I phoned dispatch to get put on hold multiple times and to be informed that there were emergencies that "pushed" my appointment - no call, notification. I however did get the standard "I am sorry"."

"I would not use Best Home Services again. We had a hot water tank installed on July 21st 31 days ago. The job was completed and the installer left. We left the premises one half hr. Later. When we returned one hour later the water line they hooked up blew. The garage and newly remodeled home were flooded. We immediately called them (2:30pm)Their first response was we can probably get someone there by midnight. We now had 2 inches of water in the house. We asked them about the 4 trucks they advertised just waiting for emergencies!!! Someone was there within 31/2 hours. Now it is 31days later. The buck has been passed to four managers and nothing has been resolved yet. We have been very patient until now. We are both in our 80’s the stress is getting to us. We are very concerned about the possibility of mold and health issues. We felt like this should be shared. Adam Prentki Jr."

"Having utilized Best Home Services, previously, I expected great service and was not disappointed. I knew my system was on its last legs and it failed yesterday. Much to my surprise, Gerard arrived in the early afternoon as scheduled, evaluated my needs and reviewed my options. His expectation was that I was probably going to compare estimates, my expectation was to choose an option now. I normally am a person who gets the typical 3 estimates and selects from them. I trusted Best to provide the unit to fit my needs and to offer a fair price so there was no need to compare. The crew is here installing my new system today. I like the extensive communication that Best provides as well. I knew when their representative would arrive, what his name was and even received a photo. The security aspect was important to us. I’m a happy camper!"

"Matthew (electrician) ran a new electrical circuit to our main breaker and installed an outlet for our new bidet. He knew exactly what to do, was efficient, friendly and completed the work nicely. Very happy with his work! Patrick (plumber) managed the install of our bidet very professionally. We ran into several snags due to the complexity of the bidet, but he handled each situation very well and installed the bidet perfectly. He took his time and insured everything was done to my expectations ( which can be rather high!). Very happy with his work and customer service."
