"What an awesome company. Not only was the lady in the office so sweet and nice and professional, she communicated with me throughout the whole entire day. She gave me a timeframe, then she called me and told me I’m the very next stop for their technician, and then she called me again and told me the technician was on his way, talk about professionalism, and then when the technician got here, very knowledgeable explained everything in detail , Was not pushy, explain what he was going to give me for the amount of money that it was going to cost me, and then I gave him the OK And he proceeded to put the new hot water tank in, checked everything before leaving and cleaned up everything before he left. My technician, RON, and I highly highly recommend not only this company, but this particular technician. But the other technicians are as professional is RON you’ll have no problems with any of them. Absolutely love a company that takes care of you, and when they leave you feel as if you have been taken care of."

"Owen and Desean were the team assigned to handle our plumbing fixes. Removed old mud sink, capped lines, added hot-water heater reservoir, flushed tge system installed a couple toilets. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Took the time to address any concerns we had, went over an additional protection plan I would recommend getting based on Bi-annual service visits. Cleaned up after everything was completed. Great to work with, would recommend using this group for sure!"

"I have been faithfully using Next Plumbing since I bought my house 8 years ago. When we finally came to the point of needing to replace our 60 year old pipes, Next Plumbing and Junior was our first and only call. Junior patiently walked us through all of our options which ranged from just repairing the section of pipe that had failed, all the way to replacing everything and reconfiguring our space. To say we’re happy with the end result would be an understatement. "I noticed a leak in my new water heater. I called Next Plumbing and they were so responsive to my problem. My favorite service person, Junior, came over late that same evening to assess the situation. Junior was back at my home early the next morning and replaced the pressure valve quickly which resolved the problem. He was well prepared and left the area clean. So thankful that I can depend on Next Plumbing and Junior for great, reliable service! Part 2 of my water heater problem. Junior replaced the pressure valve but within a couple of days it was leaking again. Junior called me back over the weekend and scheduled me to receive a new water heater. Was here this morning and now I have a new one. Junior is very thorough and is dedicated to his customers. So happy that I have Next Plumbing to rely on!"
