"I am a supervisor of building maintenance for a large Fort Myers Hospital. When I have a piece of equipment my techs can't fix, I call TWC first and every time. I call them, they show up on time troubleshoot the issues, fix it right then, or if parts are needed. Heather sends me a very detailed quote the same day or shortly there after. There prices are very fare, I never had to question anything. They showed one of my techs how to properly PM the equipment when asked. I have been using TWC for 3 years now and have been 100% satisfied and the last service request they found that the compressor was under warranty, did the paper work and had it sent free! This is the reason for this review! Great company!"

"I got set up as a customer on Friday and the service guy showed up on Monday and fixed my commercial freezer in like an hour. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is they never set an appt with me. I run a nonprofit and there isn't always someone there and I would have had to pay a visit fee if no one was there. Happy to have them in our team though!"

"Horrible company to work for. Turn over rate is very high, management is toxic, sending unqualified techs to a service call just for them to stand around looking on their phone. Find another company to work for or another qualified service company for all your needs."
