"Although I called at 7:00 pm, he answered his phone and listened to my appliance problem. He assured me he would call me back at 8:30 am the next morning, and confirm that he would come to my house to check on the problem. Vince called at 8:29 am, and arrived before 9:00 am, and quickly went to work. He determined that the freezer fan motor bearings were shot, and the fan shaft was wobbly, resulting in the horrible growling sound we had been hearing for the previous few days. While he was replacing the fan motor, Vince was polite and professional, answering my questions and explaining motor details. I am very satisfied with his work, and was pleasantly surprised (and relieved) that the total cost of the repair service was under $200.
