"Technician came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, said it would take three days for parts to arrive and we would have an estimate the next day. Three days and five phone calls later, the estimate showed up, but still another 3-4 days for the parts. Executive left us with no AC for 4 days over 90 degrees just to get an estimate and expected us to sign an agreement to wait another 3-4 days? And we paid $120 for the privilege? Never again. Dale's AC came out promptly, gave a same-day estimate, and will have the parts in three days."
