"Called Mike and left a message; ice maker not working, fridge sounds noisy, can you help? Got a return call within the hour and he arrived the next morning on time. After, pulling the fridge out, he proceeded to look at all the workings and checked the compressor with a thermometer. The fridge was indeed overworking and unable to keep up. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the charges to fix it with no pressure. I agreed and he went to work. We had lost refrigerant as we turned off our fridge when we left in the summer. By the way, DON’T turn off your fridge. You can lower the temps or take your chances. He completed the recharge, put it all back and cleaned up. Very polite and super competent! Fridge is working great and it’s pumping out ice!! Mike’s going to be my guy for any appliance repair in the future!"
