"I spent over 4000 dollars for a new air conditioning unit which included new duct work. Happy with the installation. The work was performed last June. In May of this year I called Air Tech four times to have a routine service inspection. No one returned my call. Recently I called again on two occasions. Again no return call. I asked the person that answered my call if Air Tech was still in business. She told me that the company was still in business. I guess spending 4000 dollars does not merit a courtesy call back! What a terrible way to conduct business! Take the money and run must be this companies mantra. Don't do business with them!!!"
