"We had a stuck shutoff valve and needed water running right away. Called on a Sunday, but they got back to us quickly. The next day, Monday, Darrel called back after I sent a photo of the valve via SMS, and he gave us an estimate for the repair right then and there. He came when he said he would, made a change in valves in almost no time at all, and we were back in having flowing, beautiful water. The repair is clean, and he made sure all the faucets were running clean. He even helped me make sure the shower valve I replaced was snug and operational without any leaks.
