"Our plumbing got clogged on New Years Day and after calling many plumbers with not much luck, Zoom was able to get there in about an hour. Jim was able to fix the issue in less than an hour and said if there were any issues to give him a call. I wanted to wait a week to leave a review in case there were any problems but everything is running perfectly. We had called several plumbers that evening including Veteran Air who we have a membership with and they actually hung up on us. Wish Zoom did a/c too! We will DEFINITELY recommend Zoom to anyone we know. Jim knew what he was doing and had recommendations so we didn’t have the problem again. Thanks Zoom!"

"I had a slight blockage in my sewer pipe and contacted Zoom. Zoom was able to come out evaluate the situation. The plumber contacted me when he was on the way. The Zoom plumber was amazing. He explained everything and went right to work. Once the blockage was found the Zoom plumber explained to me the situation and even showed me on camera.
