I asked if he would rather come the next day and he said he wanted to take a look "today" so he would know what needed to be done next day. I was still waiting at 6:17 pm, so I texted to ask if h was still coming since I never heard back and it was almost 2 hours later. He texted me his car overheated and would not be coming. I didn't know your phone stops working when your car overheats. He texted he could come between 9 and 10 next morning. I texted back to verify and then immediately tried to call him and he would not respond. I did not want to cancel plans again for a no show. I got a message the next day he had been at my house around 9:45. Not the way to do business! I would not recommend them."

"Had got a new four piece tub and shower .Had the old one taken out and the new tub and shower was cracked so we thought the same tub was ordered but come to find out that it was six weeks to get the the same tub from the manufactor.We don't have a bath tub and why not get a tub from another store around polk county that doesn't have to be the same make. Its just a bathtub as long as the tub and shower are installed right."
