"Christy called for payment, but I wasn't aware of the charges. I asked if she has right number and location. She insisted she did, and gave me the email. I advised that email belonged to the GM at another location, and she still insisted they did work at my location. I let her know that the person wasn't located here, and I tried to give her the other locations number, but she became very rude and hung up on me. I called our other store and confirmed it was for them. I call Christy back to provide the correct information. No apology and acknowledgment from her for her rude behavior, or her mistake."

"Sun State Plumbing just installed a water softener system in our home. I was very impressed with Colton, who spent a great deal of time yesterday installing our new system. The office staff were attentive and very helpful. Carl, the owner, gave us a very good deal and we would be happy to call on Sun State Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Great job by a great company. Thank you to Carl and all employees of Sun State Plumbing Inc.. Brandon recently came by, as promised, to show my wife how to reprogram our new system in the event of a power outage. I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Sun State Plumbing. "I called first thing in the morning and they was out an hour later to replace my water heater. They was very professional and very quick. It was a very smooth easy process and was a very good price as well. Will definitely give them a call for other plumbing needs when the time comes."

"They work often in our subdivision so we called them for a leak in the bathroom sink. They responded quickly and Colton was very nice and diagnosed we needed a new faucet for the bath and suggested we buy and install one. They charged $100 for the service call and if we want them to return to install the faucet when we receive it, they will charge another $100 plus whatever time for install. We believe they should return for install and charge just the cost of the labor but not another $100 service call. We will not call upon Sun State Plumbing for any services going forward as we find this to be just too greedy."

"This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Initially I called because it was recommended by another company. Left a message. No return call. Went on vacation. Returned 10 days later. No call yet. So I called them. Need an estimate for repair for an insurance claim. She dispatched a plumber who called me AFTER service was completed. No inspection report, findings, work order, estimate provided. They did not have a signature or written authorization from me, not even verbal. No call was made until complete. I reluctantly paid the bill and was told an invoice would be emailed. 24 hours later no invoice. I called and was told the tech left it with my elderly dad. There was no invoice left at my house. How could the tech leave an invoice with out a printer?? Requested another one (still not having seen what I’ve paid for!). After 2 calls and 48 hours, I finally received said invoice for my insurance company. There was a $20 credit card charge which the tech said he received verbal approval from me. There was NO mention of an additional charge just like the fake invoice he left. This company or maybe just the employees are unethical and I will NEVER use their services again. They are not listed on the BBB which is not a surprise or I would’ve filed a prompt complaint. It’s unfortunate when you want to use smaller companies rather than corporate outfits only to be treated as if your business is not valued. Especially in today’s economy. Lesson learned."
