"Making the appointment was very easy and efficient. We were given a time between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Close to 6:00, I called the number on a text I had received to discuss our status in the Q, for when the plumber would be arriving. I was told not long and in fact the plumber showed up maybe 15 or 20 minutes later. Discussed plumbing issues and installing a new faucet which we had purchased. All pretty easy and I’m sure routine under sink issues. Plumber spent between 7 and 10 minutes in our kitchen working on his pad. No tools, no getting to work on the plumbing issues. Plumber informed us the it would cost $689.00 to install the faucet and that there would be no warranty for the work. We have not even got to the meat of the project and we are in for close to $700.00 with no warranty for the work. Nothing about it felt right. I extrapolate that this going to cost close to $2000.00 or more for all the work. We thanked the gentleman for his time and showed him the door. It felt like a scam to us and we are definitely going in a different direction on this project."
