"7/18/23 We have used their services for a few years now and every time they have been thorough and transparent. They are a very customer oriented company that will always do their best to accommodate you and your time prices are very reasonable and their staff are second to none! Unlike some other AC companies, they stand by their work and are always friendly I hired AAP Air services through word of mouth on our community FB group. I had an after hours issue that required service that night and they accommodated without issue and within a couple hours. The tech was very kind and considerate. Due to an issue that could not be repaired and only "band-aided" for a few days, I received a timely quote for repair by the next business day. That tech arrived on time and was also very courteous and thorough for the 3 hours required to complete the job. Since I tend to ask a lot of questions the response to everything I asked was met in a very professional manner. Even the owner extended great customer service to rectify some questions I had. This is a GREAT COMPANY that can be TRUSTED and should be considered when needing HVAC services of any kind."

They came in, explained the whole process and after spending the whole day here working and changing out our A/C system, it looks like they were never here!
