"I used Josh 2 years following the my first rv purchase for full rv maintenance. After the second service (untimely, but still) I camped, and there was a hard rain with massive leaking in the rv. i knew it was bad and wanted Josh’s expertise on the leak and if I could have done anything to avoid it as I planned to trade the rv and don’t want a foreseen issue with the new rv. I work in insurance with rv claims. Even though I told Josh repeatedly that I wasn’t accusing him of not servicing my rv properly, Josh only responded belligerently many times the loss would never be covered as he the window was leaking. No damage or bubbles near or below the window. As it turned out the water damage was covered and paid by Geico..over $4500 and was due to a faulty screw from the awning which was nowhere near the window where Josh said I had a leak. I would expect better service and guidance from an rv service person trained in the field of maintaining rvs. And he just could have been nice. Everyone in this world is not looking to sue somebody. I had to share because it is when problems arise that we rely on the experts that help us navigate this world. Be the reason someone smiles today! God bless."
