"I need to report that we are fully disappointed with their work. We brought a pressure washer there, the pull rope was ripped off. In general it ran well before we brought it in. The changed the fluids, replaced the rope, new spark plugs. When we called they said "it works again, but maybe the carbonator needs to be replaced in the future" = $110. I picked up and didn't tried it, stupid me, because when we arrived at home it doesn't come up anymore and the sharp edge. which caused the string to rip off was not fixed. We called them and they just said "oh, we notified you about the carbonator, your need to spend another $100". So we paid $110, should pay another $100 for a power, which was originally $300. I'm angry, because they screwed it up and even more they just blocked any customer oriented solution. By the way: we turned in a lawn mower a year ago, which had a mechanical issues. came back and didn't fire up anymore. We'll never ever bring something else there and warn anybody else."

"I took a FWD walk behind mower that came with a house we purchased that had been sitting out for over a year or longer to Mower Medix to see if they could get it running. After checking it out, Jerry advised me it wasn't worth fixing. $20 bench charge, which is more than fair. I ended up purchasing a used Snapper riding mower from them that had extensive work done to it - a really good deal, and they delivered it for free. "I just moved back to Englewood after 13 years of Active Duty service in the Navy. When my 46in Cub Cadet tractor mower was delivered, along with the rest of our household goods shipment, I had a big problem. Every time I tried to put my blades in gear, the motor would stall.
