"So here is my experience with CPR Sarasota, 2831 University Pkwy. I got my Samsung Note 9 cracked screen repaired knowing I would trade it in on a new S24 Ultra once released. It was treated with kid gloves knowing this! Upon return it was put back in its protective case and another screen protector was applied. No drops, no bumps, no tight pockets or near sharp/hard objects. The phone was often left at home to avoid potential knocks, etc. Only a relatively short time after the repair the screen cracked while sitting on a counter! There were no nicks, no dings or scratches on the case or screen protector. I returned only to be told it was not covered by warranty even though the internet was full of examples of this sometimes happening after screen repairs "due to improper installation or defective parts". Their warranty that had been touted said nothing about screen cracking exclusions. Anyway, we compromised on getting the screen fixed again only to find my Note 9 S-pen no longer stayed inside and dropped out randomly. This was fine before having it fixed the 2nd time! So back I went only told to get lost & drop dead in other words! So add to this these other items. They have not responded once to multiple emails, phone messages to call before each repair and on two visits there was no one there and the doors locked during business hours wasting 2 X 30 minute drives? I will never visit this business again and would suggest finding other shops to do any repairs."
