I called to make an appointment and spoke with Sarah who was fantastic. Professional, empathetic to my situation, and she was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Matt performed what diagnostics he could and explained my fan was dead. He showed how everything connected and why it wasn't heating/cooling. He completed the diagnostics when he returned when the part came in. Matt has a great demeanor, he explained things to me when I had questions, and didn't try to "milk the clock" so to speak."
