"Dave delivered wash machine. Was in a hurry and basically a off putting person. His failure to bother leveling the machine caused increasingly poor performance. $250 for a machine that would just pass the warranty and became damaged because he wouldn't take the time to level has occasioned this senior to warn the rest."

"Do not hire - Belligerent, rude, and don't care about the customer. Hired to troubleshoot my dryer. Came to my house, laid on the ground and looked in the opening from the doorway I had already removed a day before, and in 15 minutes without testing anything told us it would be cheaper to buy a new dryer and Oh, by the way we have used ones at our store. Called to discuss how unhappy I was and the response was less than you would expect from a "service" company. The tech was defensive and talked in a demeaning tone. I called back a day later to speak with the manager/owner and was told this "The service call is $68.00, he told you what was wrong, Goodbye" followed by being hung up on. So far anyone who is taking the time to research this company before hiring them I hope this help keep you far away. Seriously, you own a "service" business, maybe you should learn something about the meaning of the word "service" and "customer satisfaction""

"I've been using Dave's Appliances of Tamiami Trail, Venice for several years and can always rely on Terry (Owner) to give a good AC service at a good price. The odd occasion when something goes wrong, he goes out of his way to help and resolve the matter. I can thoroughly recommend him."
