"I will never take our boat nor refer anyone to them. When you allow a green mechanic to work on equipment and then admit that you didn't check the equipment and tell the customer yes that's being honest however when it cost the customer more because it had to be taken to another mechanic which finds nuts, bolts missing, cylinders bad, coil bad, fuel line which you charged us for when you and your mechanic was supposed to done the lower unit and motor to have full service and repair this is UNACCEPTABLE."
