"We were looking for a charging cable for a laptop computer. Geek squad had it in house and we were able to get it quickly and be able to use the laptop computer again."
"Had an appointment for a diagnosis. (Lap top wouldn't turn on) Geek Squad guy didn't look at it. Plugged it in and verified that it wouldn't turn on. Told me they don't diagnose in store. Would be $85.00 and 3 weeks to diagnose. But, based on everything we said, 'won't turn on' he was sure it was the motherboard and or graphics card. Said several hundred dollars if they could even get the part. Did everything in his power to talk me out of it. Told me they have computers that come in that are a year maybe 2 old that are trash and have to get a new one. Watched a YouTube video on the way home. Fixed it myself for $12.00 with zero experience. I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad to change a light bulb. Good luck."

"I can't believe how bad the Geek Squad is. Ordered a washer/dryer which was delivered with a European electrical cord. Delivery guys call Geek Squad to schedule delivery of American cord and finish install the following week. Geek Squad was supposed to call me to set appointment but never did. It took me calling over 48 hours to be able to get them to schedule the follow up appointment. Appointment set between 7am and noon. I call the day before to confirm - it took two calls and 45 minutes to find out they now have it scheduled for noon-7pm! Asked for supervisor - I will get a call back in 70 hours! Yes 70! Seriously, very bad support."
