"They picked my mower up(45.00)and I put a deposit(35.00)both on my credit card up front.They said they'd have it fixed in a few days...tomirro will be 3 weeks! I even ordered the new starter myself,had it in 2 days,took it to them,they said it needed a selinoid swtch,that was over 2 weeks ago.They claim they're "waiting on a switch to arrive"...no one ever returns my calls...they have someone that answers occaisionally who never know's anything about where the part is or when it will. arrive...he said he'd get the part number and call back...so that I can get the part I need..of course,he hasn't returned my call...he keeps saying "we're moving to our new location"...that doesn't concern me!No one,no mechanic,or owner has returned my calls! I will never use them or refer them to anyone...just totally inprofessional...very sad!"

"I used them once before this incident and my zero turn worked flawlessly. Then a year later, my mower wouldn't start. They came and got it 6/2022 and had it serviced along with a brand new carburetor. Got it back and worked for 5 months. Then stopped starting no matter what I tried. Replaced the battery, no go. I called and asked if they could take a look at it. Sure they said but to come and pick it up now it's going to cost $100. I'm about 6 minutes away from their location. They didn't seem concern that their work didn't last more than 5 months. I just paid $500 plus for what, 5 more months of life? Getting a yard guy would've been much cheaper."

"Ryan and the guys at dependable were very honest, quick , and dependable. I took a machine in that had several issues from other places ripping me off and they took extremely good care of me. My mower feels like a 2022 and its a 2014. Great management,great mechanics, and just being pure and honest has won my respect as a new customer and costumer for years to come. "Let me start by saying that I very seldom leave negative reviews. What this business did is totally unacceptable, unprofessional! After waiting patiently and being understanding of the length of time for repairs (due to pandemic/part back ordered) , I never expected to be given my 4wheeler back in worse shape than it was to begin with. While my ATV was being "repaired" (I thought), I checked in on it only to be told they would call me back when it was ready. Well after a year and my final inquiry as to when it would be ready, I was told the part came in but it wasn't the right one and he didn't want to mess with it anymore.. (ok so why didn't I get a call?) So basically, I wasted my money and time with them. And like I told the "owner" (if it was him like I was lead to believe), its not about the money, the problem was that they returned my 4wheeler in worse shape, with missing parts and broken pieces. When I complained about this, I was told it would be looked into and I would get a call...guess what, I'm still waiting on that call. But I'm sure they never actually meant they would call me back. Call me naive or just plain stupid for being so patient and understanding, but I was trusting this local business and this is something I would never do to a customer so I did not expect it to be done to me. Consumers beware!"
