They do an excellent job making sure that any nervousness and anxiety are calmed before starting. The facility meets and exceeds all your testing needs. "Fantastic service provided here, I can’t say enough positive things about Mr. and Mrs. Alcorn. They are very warm and welcoming, polite, they offered me a bottle of water before testing. They have so much history and experience in aviation and enjoy talking with you about it. The test is intimidating and they do everything they can to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I did Gen, AF and PP here and would do it that way again 100xs over without hesitation. You conduct all your testing in an air conditioned room which is huge for testing in Florida where a hanger can be north of 100f. From what I understand from guys I went through school with, they are one of the only DME services in the state that doesn’t take place in a piping hot hanger. Thank you again, Mr and Mrs Alcorn.
