"Kent and Adrian were great! We needed a pipe repair done so we called True Plumbers as we have used them as well as the other True divisions in the past. To start, They let us know when they were on the way and were prompt on arrival. (Doesn’t seem to happen much anymore, so this was huge!) When they arrived, I shared my concern with having minimal mess, and they went above and beyond to make sure to keep the area clean during their job. Because of the location of pipe that busted, it was a bigger job than they thought originally. They talked me through the process. The best part was that there was very little mess and they cleaned it up completely. (Again, something that doesn’t seem to happen much anymore)"
