Our family home needed a new AC system and I had a few other estimats from 3 different companies & we decided that they were the best fit for our family home .Brian ,Kenny& Tommy showed up on time smiles on their faces and ready to work they did an excellent job installing our new Bryant C/HA system& their work is neat clean & proper they were in & out in a day in a half ,by the end of that 1st day i had running AIR Conditioning they were completely finished the next day and they were also very kind helpful and courteous ready to answer any questions I had. They even called me at the beginning of the next week to check and see if we were doing alright with our new C/HA system. I personally thought that was very kind and it says alot about how they handle their business. I also can't leave out the ladies in the office Jessica and Kim they are also very kind & helpful they took care of all the paperwork , permits and registering the warranty they do everything , collectively they work well together as a team! "Hi Ken. My name is Cecilia. I have a residence at 2505 Carolina Av., Lakeland that recently needed a compressor replaced. I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the service I received from Ryals. To start, my former AC contractor who my family has been committed to for over 25 years has since retired. He has done all of our AC servicing both personally and professionally seeing as our family is in real estate and also have several properties. My story. I am living in Guam and have a friend staying in my home in Florida. He called me Friday at 4 am letting me know the AC was not cooling. I immediately got on the phone to my usual new AC contractor who went out and determined it was the compressor. He was not able to service the unit and recommended I call a Bryant servicing company. I called 2 other local AC companies who told me it would be a week to two before they could even come out to assess the repair. Desperate (now 1230 am Guam time) around 1030 am Florida time I got online and found Ryals. I spoke to Jessica and explained my situation. She was not only kind, patient, reacted quickly but was also very helpful. She attempted to get a hold of the tech to schedule him for a call that day. She said the company tries to get customers who have no AC back up as quickly as possible. She was unable to reach them initially but eventually did have luck. The techs, Allen & Muret, were able to get right out within a blink of an eye and verify it was the compressor. I approved the repair, the part was picked up and by around 345 pm Florida time (now 545 am Saturday Guam time) my friend texted and said the repair had been completed. I was so very concerned for my friend having no AC as I have been keeping abreast of the extreme temperatures back home. Yes, I lost a night sleep but the fact my AC had been repaired so expeditiously overshadowed my loss of sleep. One, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for your staff and their attention to my situation. And two, I say . . . Ryals is my new go to for AC repairs from here out"

"Came home to an unresponsive fan in my AC on a Holiday weekend Friday. I entered a request online with Ryals, expecting to hear from them on Wednesday after the Holiday. I received a follow up email at 8 am on Saturday and then a text follow up around10:30 saying that they didn't have the part I needed for my repair in stock and the supplier was closed for the Holiday. Ken called a few minutes later and said they had the part I needed at another job, a new construction, and he would get the part from that job and replace it when the supplier opened later in the week. Ken and his employee arrived by noon and had the repair completed in 20-30 minutes. Awesome job and great communication."
